Rambling on :)

Its been so long since I wrote on this blog.

It was one of those things that I was so excited to start but hard to keep up with as I am starting to realize I have commitment Issues. (smirks at self)

I always seem to be excited about starting new things but most times end up giving up when I'm close to what I want. I believe the reality of almost having what I want scares me a bit ( I do not know why). 

I came back to this blog because I promised my self to start again as a way of expressing myself. It is also going to be a way for me to find what I am really passionate about. 

My last blog post was on 05/08/12 since then I have gotten my associate degree in art, I am now currently more than halfway done with my nursing program, which I'm looking forward too finishing. 

I started a bucket list (more like goal list) and on it was me starting back my blog as a way to sometimes vent out on things that upset me, things that make me happy or even laugh. 

Hopefully things I write in this blog wold be helpful to someone out there. 

SO... I'm debating on posting the things on my bucket list on here and cross them out as I have achieved or done them.
This is something I probably would end up doing because I want to share it with people.

garnier bb cream review

HI! guys its been so long and as my Nigerian people would say "Long time no see!!!!!!"

I've been so busy with school and still am but I decided to take a Little 10 minute break to write this blog I've been meaning to write.  So I've seen lots of bloggers and you tubers talk about this new bb cream made Garnier.
For those people who do not know BB Cream is a blemish balm or beauty balm it was created in Germany however was made popular by Korean and Japanese artist who used them. BB cream is a moisturiser that heals your skin blemishes, gives you coverage like you make up would and also protest you from the SUN.
Ok so enough of the history lesson...
I decided to try out this the new bb cream by Garnier  because I had been using the Missha BB cream which I love but however does not come in my color so I assumed that the Garnier bb cream would being it was made for Americans. I was however very disappointed that the BB only came in 2 shades which were the Light to Medium and Medium to Deep. I got the Medium to deep thinking since it said deep it would be ok for my skin color. It worked ok for my skin but I still had to use a powder to set it. Also the Spf on this was lower than the Missha BB cream.
The BB cream was good,  however, it didn't give me the same soft effect the Missha bb gave my skin even after I washed my face at nigh, also after using it for about a three weeks I had to stop because I was Breaking out more than I usually do. I did however give the rest of the BB to a friend  and it works good for her skin and she really likes the way it makes her skin feel and look.

BB cream !! for dark skin

So there is this new craze going on in the make up world and it B.B. cream which stands for Blemish Balm cream. B.B creams are mostly sold in Asian although it was formulated in Germany. Being like most beauty product made for people with fair/ lighter skin. You would rarely see people with dark skin color wearing it, however however recently while doing more research "you-tubing" I found some people who had dark skin like mines using this product and saying it still had the same effect if mixed with foundation that matches out skin tone. After viewing some of this YouTube videos I also decided that I was going to give the B.B cream a try it being something I had wanted for a while but feared it would go with my skin tone.

I ordered the Missha perfect cover B.B. cream in the darkest shade they had which is NO.31 

it also has the SPF 40 PA+++  which I think was great because I stay in Florida and always need sun protection for my face.

How to Create Anti Acne Face Scrub for Acnes, Blemishes and Scars

I was surfing the net today and came across this you tube page about organic facial scrubs you could make with things you find in your house. This scrub is said to be good for anti acne which I need because my skin is acne prone and I am always left with acne scars..

After seeing how easy it was to make I decided to make some of my own and see what the result of it was. The product being natural and things I eat made me not have any fear of putting it on my face too unlike other products we just buy in drug stores.

while applying the scrub on my face I had to rub it gently because the ground coffee is an exfoliator and should not be rubbed in the skin too roughly because it might cause damage to the skin instead of helping it..

For the first try it made my face feel soft and clean, its a very good facial scrub for ance free skin and acne prone but, I have to keep using it to see if the anti acne part of it works for my skin..

I will be using it twice a week for a month and will write another review of the difference it made for my skin........

I have been Indian movie fanatic since I was a little girl this was the first Indian movie I recall ever seeing... it such a lovely movie brings back a lot of fun memories of when I used to dance with all my cousins and we try to sing songs we don't know words too :) ...
